At Rextech Studios Private Limited, we value our learners and strive to provide a transparent and fair policy for course cancellations and refunds.
Please read the following carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.
1. Course Enrollment and Payment
All course fees must be paid in full before access to materials or sessions is granted.
Enrollment is considered confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.
2. Cancellation by the Student
Before Course Start:
You may request a cancellation and receive a full refund if the request is made at least 48 hours before the course start date.
After Course Start:
Once the course has begun, no refunds or transfers will be provided for any reason, including non-attendance or partial participation.
Bootcamps and Short Programs:
Due to limited seats and fast-paced nature, fees for 7-day bootcamps or short-term workshops are non-refundable after enrollment.
3. Cancellation by Rextech Studios
In the unlikely event that a course is canceled or rescheduled by us:
You will be offered the choice of a full refund or free transfer to another batch.
Refunds will be processed to the same account used for the payment within 7–10 working days.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund (if eligible):

Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be processed as per standard banking timelines.

Course access once granted (videos, materials, community access)
Processing or platform convenience fees
Any third-party tools or software purchases made during the course
